my pet shi tzu andrei has hernia, the vet here in san pablo city laguna recommended that he be operated on. but the cost of the procedure is too much, we don't have that amount. i want andrei to live longer so I am seeking help for his operation. someone from pet lovers phils, (facebook) recommended your organization.
